Changes

• Beta-version of an element for tracking arbitrary objects on the screen is added
• Build-in OpenCV graphics engine is updated to the newest version

• Occasional blocking of the GUI panel element in the preview and overlay running modes
• Missing frames while updating a XAML widget generated by the Radar Monitor element
• Event surface is now automatically redrawn after runtime changes
