Fixes

In the recent release we added an option to choose a vertical synchronization mode for each event separately. However, it appears that option is not supported on some hardware configurations and can causes a serious problem with missed frames. This quick fix removes that option from event properties, until we find a new solution. You still can turn the vsych on and off for the entire experiment in the HQ properties, like it was in old versions.
